Packaging
Your frames are packaged and delivered with care. Our quality assurance checkpoint will ensure your order is 100% perfect before it's packaged. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, Island Frames will replace your order at no cost to you.
Tracking
You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link in your Island Frames Shipping Confirmation email. Orders typically take 7-10 days to be delivered.
Returns
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. If for any reason you need to contact us regarding your order or if you just want to tell us how awesome your frame is, you can email us here info@islandframes.com.
